Finderly is the name of our app on the App Store and Google Play Store. The app is owned and operated by AI Vision Technologies Inc. ("we," "our," or "us").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app on iPhone and Android devices (the "App"). This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below and to the Terms and Conditions.

Information We Do Not Collect

No Personal Information

• We do not intentionally collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. Exception to this is Device IDs which may be considered personal data in certain jurisdictions.
• There is no sign-up or registration process in our App, and we do not require or store any account information.

Information We Collect

Usage Analytics

• We collect usage analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve its functionality. This includes data such as the frequency of feature use and general interaction patterns.
• These analytics are not intentionally linked to any personally identifiable information. However, if you upload a photo, video, or audio containing personal information, that information may be included in our systems and in data sent to our third-party providers for moderation or analysis.

Device Information

• We may collect device IDs and other technical information such as your device type, operating system, and app version to help us diagnose and resolve issues and ensure compatibility and performance.

Images, Videos, and Audio (Voice) Data

• The App allows you to upload or capture photos, videos, and audio (voice recordings). These features require access to your device's camera or microphone, but only with your explicit permission. You may choose to decline these permissions, in which case you can upload existing media instead.
• Uploaded or captured photos, videos, and audio will be retained on our servers for as long as necessary to provide the service, improve the App, or for moderation. Upon a reasonable request, or for technical reasons, your media may be deleted from our servers, unless retention is required by law.
• Your photos, videos, and audio may be shared with third-party service providers (for example, Microsoft) for content moderation and/or AI-powered analysis as part of the App’s functionality.

IP Addresses

• We may collect IP addresses to help detect and prevent spam or abuse of our service.
• We may also collect IP addresses providing features related to the user's general location.

Phone Numbers for Home Services (eLocal Affiliation)

• Our App partners with eLocal to help users find and connect with home improvement service providers. Phone numbers for local service providers are displayed within the App.
• If you call a displayed number, eLocal or the service provider may ask for your ZIP code during the call. Any information you provide at that time is governed by eLocal's privacy practices.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the data collected through our App from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We employ encryption and other security protocols to safeguard your data during transmission.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we may hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@finderly.us. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Our App has an affiliation with eLocal to facilitate the connection between users and home improvement service providers, and may rely on third-parties (such as Microsoft or similar providers) for content moderation and AI analysis.

• We do not share any personally identifiable information with eLocal, as we do not collect such information in the first place.
• When you use media analysis features, your media (photos, videos, audio) may be shared with trusted third-party providers for automated content analysis or moderation.
• If you proceed to call or interact with a displayed service provider, any information you provide during the call or interaction is governed by eLocal or the respective service provider’s privacy practices.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it from our servers.

• This Service may contain links to other websites or services. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site.
• These external sites are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of any website you visit.
• We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Users outside of the United States

If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our servers or those of our service providers are located.

While we do not require user registration and do not collect contact information, in the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify users as soon as reasonably possible. Notification will be made by appropriate means available to us, such as notice on our website, or within an update notice in the App Store/Google Play, or as otherwise required by applicable law. We will also comply with applicable legal requirements to notify regulators or authorities, where applicable.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify users of any significant changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the new policy within the App.
